Falls just after the line
ZIGGY LEE had a really tough time of it on Saturday! We sent him up to York to run in the valuable 5f sprint race at the Knavesmire. The yard was full of hope as he was coming off a good win a Newmarket, firstly he was hampered at the start of the race and was racing towards the rear. William then switched him onto the rail where he made up an amazing amout of ground in the last furlong. Unfortunately with being hampered at the start and his bad draw the best he could do was second. Just after the winning post he seemed to take a bad step and fell. Luckily both William and Ziggy escaped unscathed. Ziggy was ridden out this morning and went for an easy canter and is doing well.
